LaSalle: Culinary Capers

Come indulge in a bit of culinary adventure as we explore where the chefs of tomorrow are honing their craft. Program Director and Chef Julian Bond will welcome us into the state-of-the-art culinary school at the new LaSalle College, guiding us through its innovative training spaces. Our visit culminates in a beautifully prepared dinner created with the help of the students themselves, paired with fine wines from our cellar.
